Shipping to the USA.

We are located in, and ship from, The Netherlands, Western Europe.

U.S. Import Tariffs – Effective 29 August 2025
Important Changes to U.S. Imports

Effective 29 August 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has ended. Previously, goods valued under US$800 could enter the United States without import duties.

All goods imported into the U.S. are now subject to:

• Import duties and tariffs
• Customs clearance charges
• Brokerage or handling fees

Charges are calculated based on:

• The declared value of the goods
• The country of manufacture
  

This makes the whole shipping matter rather complicated so, all things considered, we have decided to reduce the total number of shipping options.

Using the Mail services is, unfortunately, no longer a viable option so we are now ONLY working with courier services.
These couriers, which basically only differ in transit time and consequently in price, will both call upon you with the their respective bill for the duties, tariffs, clearance charges and fees.
You need to pay this to them (not us!) before they will make the final delivery.
They will then settle it with the US Customs Service for you.

We are not involved in the collection or calculation of these charges once the shipment has been dispatched.

Both services will of course come with Track&Trace and insurance against damage or loss.

Without going into too much detail, these are the shipping options:

1) Economy Courier
Average (estimated) transit time is between 5 to 10 working days but variances are always possible depending on what's happening in the world.
Cost:
Regardless of weight and contents US$ 45.00 per shipment

2) Premium Courier
The couriers claim a mere 2 - 5 working days and also here, variances are always possible depending on what's happening in the world but our experiences with them are very good.
Cost:
Regardless of weight this costs US$ 62.50 per shipment.

IMPORTANT!
On returns coming from outside the EU, in this case the USA and Territories, the freight, return freight, duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund !
