Service Kit for a Keihin PD46A carburetor as used on the 1977, 1978 and 1979 Honda CB550 K3 motorcycles.

This service kit contains the following parts to service 1 carburettor:

• Float Bowl Gasket
• Top Cover Gasket
• Needle Valve Set
• Mixture Screw Set
• Needle D376
• Needle Clip
• Needle Jet
• Main jet, size 90
• Various rubber o-rings as depicted in the photograph

Base settings:

• Needle: 3rd notch
• Float Level: 14.5 mm
• Mixture screw: fully in until gently seated, then 1½ turn out
