Needle valve assembly to suit a Solex PDSI carburetor.

Please compare your old needle valve carefully with the one depicted in the photo as there are many varieties of needle valves which are generally NOT interchangeable.

This particular needle valve is available in the sizes, or "calibrations" if you prefer that term:

• 150
• 175
• 200

The calibration of your original needle can usually be found engraved in the brass body of the valve.

It might be necessary to partially disassemble your carburetor to find the size on the old valve.

In order to purchase the correct size, you need to select it through the Size * menu just above the Add to Cart button.

This needle valve uses a spanner width of 14 mm.
The total height is 23 mm with the needle fully seated and the spring-loaded ball pressed-in.
It measures 11.8 mm over the thread.

This needle valve uses a copper washer to seal in its seat.
This washer is NOT included with the needle valve but when desired, you can order one along by selecting it through the Copper Washer Y/N ? * menu.
